Jan 18 Waikiki: The air is warm and soft and the sweet smell of flowers are everywhere. Once the ancient Hawaiians meeting Place, Oahu now lures visitors to its city lights, mountainous landscape and famed North Shore. Upon arrival into Waikiki you will be transferred to your hotel for the next two nights in Waikiki.
Jan 19 Waikiki: Relax and enjoy your day in Waikiki or take an optional tour to the Polynesian Cultural Center. You’ll take a scenic and narrated tour along the windward coast to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Immerse yourself in the lifestyles, habitat and entertainment of seven Polynesian villages. Explore the many villages and shops on your own before you settle in as a guest for this evenings luau and spectacular Polynesian show.
Jan 20 Waikiki: This morning you’ll visit the Arizona Memorial and museum at Pearl Harbor along with a tour of the highlights of Honolulu. See the Punchbowl Cemetery, Iolani Palace, Chinatown, King Kamehameha Statue, City Hall and Old Mission Houses before transferring to your home for the next seven nights. The Pride of America has all the amenities of a floating resort as it brings vibrant sights, sounds and flavors of Hawaii to life. The ship sets sail for Maui at 7:00pm
Jan 21 Kahului, Maui: 8:00am – Overnight
Spectacular volcanic formations, glorious white sand beaches and tranquil valleys are for you to behold. Explore Maui on your own or join an optional excursion to the Maui Ocean Center & Iao Valley or the island of Lanai.
Jan 22 Kahului, Maui: Ship departs at 6:00pm
Relax on a secluded beach or join an optional excursion to see the humpback whales or one of the many other endless choices.
Jan 23 Hilo, Hawaii: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Palm-fringed beaches, coral reefs and indigo waters. The sun-drenched Hilo Coast is a beautiful port of call. With its ancient lava structure it’s easy to imagine outrigger canoes gliding into the secluded lagoon of yesteryear. You may choose to join an optional excursion to the Volcano National Park which offers a spectacular visit to Mt. Kilauea, one the world’s most active volcanoes.
Jan 24 Kona, Hawaii: 7:00am – 5:30pm
Today, you may wish to join an optional excursion traveling back in time to relive the days of elegant horse-drawn carriages with a visit to Kailua Village, soar over the west side of the Big Island via a helicopter or snorkel in the protected marine preserve of Pawai Bay.
Jan 25 Nawiliwili, Kauai: 8:00am – Overnight
Brilliant colors, blossoming hillsides, spectacular canyons, jagged coastal cliffs, shimmering watefalls and verdant plantations await you. Kauai is known as the Garden of Eden with much to see and do. Explore on your own or join an optional tour to Waimea Canyon, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific.
Jan 26 Nawiliwili, Kauai: Ship departs at 2:00pm
Enjoy a free morning or join an optional tour to the Wailua River. The ship departs this afternoon at 2:00pm for scenic cruising along the spectacular Na Pali Coast and close to the lush green islands, a spectacular sight from the water.
Jan 27-28 Honolulu, Oahu:
After breakfast this morning you’ll experience the spectacular scenery of East Oahu on this narrated tour of Diamond Head Crater, Hanauma Bay and Halona Blow Hole. Learn the history of Hawaii and legends of the Nuuanu Rain forest and Pali Lookout before transferring to the airport for your overnight flight home.
